Do NOT buy a vehicle from Northshore Dodge, Kia , Chrysler etc.

Here's why

1 False advertising

2 sent my paperwork to the wrong bank instead of my credit union

3 Told us they would cancel the extended warranty that we found out they were charging us almost $5000 for then 2 days later sent the paperwork in to purchase the Crap we said we did not want, I said I would get it from the credit union.

4 Refused to call us back for 3 days until after they did the above.



Buy from a dealer who offers a 30 day money back guarantee. I promise I would return this vehicle now if they would. Will never buy from them again nor get any work done there.



They still owe me a navigation system that I doubt we will see.
