Recently, I ran into a problem when redoing a bathroom, trying to change out a toilet. Drain Surgeon showed up on time, were very courteous and professional. They were finished in under an hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Called them and they arrived on time. Marvin did the work and he was very professional, courteous and in less than an hour had our plumbing fixed. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH positive things about our overall experience with this Company who has been in Slidell over 25 years. $89 and all was fixed.

My wife and I bought our home in Slidell in 1976. We have seen the Drain Surgeon trucks everywhere and their clientele list, both residential and commercial, is certainly extensive.

We had an emergency and they fit us in. CALL THEM FIRST!!!! Do not hesitate. (I seldom do reviews) Our experience was top rate!!!

The service man Jeff came out on thanksgiving morning and got the clog/restriction out of my drain. Not only was the guy on time, but he was cool and explained it all the whole time he was working. The price he charged was way more than fair considering the amount of time he spent on the job. If you need some honest, respectable guys to service your plumbing, I recommend Drain Surgeon.

Replacing the drain assembly in the bathtub can be a nightmare! I attempted to follow the directions on the back of the replacement drain assembly I purchased from Home Depot. It appeared simple enough. Hours later I had to concede. The old drain was completely corroded. Just when I thought I had it, another piece of the drain broke off. By the time I reviewed found "The Drain Surgeon" on line (mid-afternoon), the tub was unuseable till fixed. The receptionist on the phone was sympathetic to me and understood my situation completely. Although they were not able to send someone out immediately (I'm not the only housewife trying home improvement projects on my own!), they did call by the end of the day and explained that a tech would be out first thing in the morning. They did arrive as promised. With in about an hour he had the drain I mangled fixed, good as new! He also helped in the master bath with the same tub drain issue. The price was not outrageous, just well worth it!

I agree with the other negative reviewer. They went out to my rental property twice and did not fix the problem. After the second visit, they did not resolve the problem, and did not call me to provide me with the status. I had to call the office to get the status of the job. I was advised it was something they could not handle and that I needed to contact a different company. So, they could not fix my issue, and felt no need to let me know. They also did not feel it necessary to let me know that I needed to contact someone else. They just left the problem unresolved for my tenant to deal with. I am very disappointed with their lack of professionallism.
