Just to let everyone know, in reference to the post on 7/24/14, This customer added all kinds of stuff to the original bid and tried to get us to not charge her for the extra gas line she wanted run, the extra water heater she wanted, and many other extra's. We have been in business for 9 years and have a very satisfied customer base. Check out some of our reviews on Homeadviser.com.

I chose this business based on the estimate. After performing approx. 1/3 of the work, the owner, Steve Cole, stated he couldn't do the job for the amount quoted and that he would need at least 5K more. He also contended that several items were added to the contract that he didn't sign and he didn't know the shower would need so much water and water pressure(He IS the plumber right?). I told him not to worry about the add- ons, and just to do the items he listed on the quote for the price quoted. He then said he had a bad feeling about the job and would not be coming back to finish it. It saddens me to see companies give a low quote to get a job and then try to pressure you to pay more. Do not believe this guy's quotes. It appears to be a bait and switch scheme.
