Coastal Waste Services sure knows garbage, in fact everything they do is garbage. Over charging for cans, never (and I mean never) replacing them, poor service, and malicious attitudes towards customers all come together for the ultimate garbage experience. Stay far away from Coastal. They truly are a garbage collection agency.

I do not like this company! Half the time they don't even pick up your trash and when you call them to find out why, they say they will send someone out, and NEVER come.
As it is, they only come once a week! We have other choices and I believe I will look into using someone else. Any suggestions?

When I called to initiate services with Costal Waste Services I was told once I signed up and sent in a check for $150 ($100 for services and $50 deposit for a trash container) I would receive my trash container for garbage collection. After four weeks I still had not receive my trash container. The company did not tell me that they did not currently have any trash containers until I called to ask why I had not received my container. They said that I could purchase my own containers or leave the trash bags in the driveway; this was not part of the arrangement, in fact during the original contact I was told not to leave trash bags that the garbage had to be in a container. I paid a $50 deposit for a trash can that they claim is a "courtesy", if it were a courtesy there should be no deposit. Because I paid for this trash can I should not have to spend more money to purchase other trash cans and will not put the trash bags out on the street for animals to get into. I am also out the $100 for trash collection services since I do not have the trash container services cannot be rendered. I canceled service and they said I would not receive a refund for another month. So for two months Costal Waste Services will my money without rendering services as agreed upon. If they would have been honest and told me when I first called to request services that they did not have any trash containers to deliver, I would not have signed up for their services.
