DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG TO GET SCHEDULED. DARNELL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL HE WAS EXCELLENT WITH DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM AND EXPLAINING IT IN DETAIL WERE WE COULD UNDERSTAND. ALL STEPS WERE EXPLAINED AND KEPT UP TO DATE WHILE WAITING ON PARTS TO ARRIVE. WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!
