Went for a color and cut after seeing reviews. Brittany worked on my hair and another person as well going back and forth b/w us. She suggested highlights so it ended up being color/highlights & cut. I was not impressed with the color and highlights. The color was a little darker than I would like and the highlights looked like grays. Luckily I only had a few highlights. The cut is what really upset me.... or should I say the lack of a hair cut. I explained in detail what I wanted - all over trim, long layers, side swept bangs - The cut took less than 5 minutes. I wish I would have snapped a picture of the hair on the floor which was almost nonexistent. She brushed my hair straight and cut about 1/4 inch off the bottom. That's it! Maybe she is uncomfortable cutting hair. If so, she needs to stop making appointments to cut hair. $150 for that
