I value a comprehensive approach in the care of my patients in the practice of Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine, and Wound Care. My commitment to knowledge and discovery is demonstrated by my continued and active role in cutting edge research. My role as a physician-teacher is important to me and I have dedicated a significant portion of my career in the teaching and training my fellow healthcare professionals. I am proud to have served numerous varied communities and populations throughout my career including my service with the Department of Health and Human Services - National Health Service Corps and the Indian Health Service.
