A&A Chimney Sweep was very good. They called a day before the appt to confirm the time. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite. He said our chimney was clean, and looked like it had had recent maintenance (new house for us). He didn't waste our time or his with nonsense. He looked it over thoroughly top to bottom. Also, he only charged us a basic service call fee, which was half of what were expecting to pay. We'll use them again.

Tech called and was early, checked the chimney and told me that it did not need cleaning that it was fine and that if I wanted him to he could clean it but it would be a waste of money. I did decide to have him do some minor repairs and he finished them in no time. Tech was very friendly and courteous. Would recommend this company to anyone.
