I have been a customer for about 6 years and easily rate their service 5 star....
In an emergency you can count on service in my personal experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I returned home from vacation to 12 degree temps, only to find that I had run out of heating oil. I called about 8-10 places and either the prices were out of control, they wanted to deliver way more volume than I could afford at the time, they wanted to charge me $150 for an emergency delivery, or they couldn't deliver to me for another 5 days. I literally had no heat. I called Mantz and not only were the prices comparable to the 'discount' oil places, and even though they quoted me a 5 day delivery, they showed up the very same day that I called, with no extra emergency delivery fee. They said they were worried that I would be cold. I couldn't believe it and was absolutely delighted. They have made a customer for life, and I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!
