I did the worst mistake of my life by signing a lease with them. Greg Martin is a liar. The building had beg bugs. He made us pay basements heating till we figured it out and threaten to sue him to get a refund . Then we found few lights and washers in the basement run on our meter. I can go on and on but he is not worth my time. Good luck if you ever get trapped with them.

If u want ur family to suffer, this company is right for u. There's manager guy name grag martin. Once u sign the lease paper, he wont care even if you are having problems
