Ordered the triple play meal deal and the 2 medium pizzas for $6.50 a piece deals. Deliver took well beyond what was predicted but I was ok with that, not happy per se but things happen. I took the items, signed the paper, added a tip and thanked the driver.
Then as my children and I sat down to eat I realized the cheesedippers weren’t there. I checked the receipt thinking maybe the online system glitched and messed the order up. Nope, it was correct. So, I called and was told they’d deliver the cheesedippers or give me a credit. The kids wanted the cheesedippers. The lady I spoke with was very cold and wasn’t apologetic or anything. Oh well, I figured, they’re just cheesedippers, they’ll bring them and all will be even. Not ok, not acceptable but my order will be completed at least.
The lady said it would be at least 30-45 Minutes as if it was a regular order.
1 hour and 20 Minutes later the driver shows up and tells me “What happened, they were there when I delivered them. I double checked. You must’ve dropped them?” I laughed and shrugged the accusation off and told her she’d given me 4 boxes and my only mistake was that I didn’t double check the order at the moment or I’d have realized it should’ve been 5 boxes total. Why would I lie?
Order initially arrived late & incomplete, lady on the phone is unprofessional, delivery to compete the order takes double what was predicted, and the lady has the nerve to insult me by accusing me of messing up.. this place is a mess. I can’t recall ever having this much trouble with any other Mazzio’s. Won’t come back but due to their handling of the situation they clearly won’t care. Try someplace else that actually values their customers.

Really good Greek pizza, thin crust. Just there this week.
