These guys were the worst!! They cost us a lot of money. Had them do our taxes for 2017 and they filed extensions for both my wife and myself without doing any estimate of taxes owed. That ended up creating big penalties, interest, and fees that they seemed to take no responsibility for and we had to pay. We had two accountants assigned us, yet we have pretty dang simple taxes, I have a regular salaried job - we had just sold a house, but I was constantly difficult to get either of them on the phone or meet in person with. They actually had use assigned to a third accountant, but when we called to check on progress, that person had quit the firm. Then another, and then Jonsi Wrangler and another CPA kept passing our taxes back and forth between the two of them.
Save yourself a big headache and do not use these people. They were expensive to boot!
