From the pedicures in massaging chairs to the precision manicures I am always pleased. Always. I appreciate the quiet hustle and hard work ethic of this family-run and oriented business. Always.

Today I had the absolutely worst customer service experience I've ever had. I've never written a review on anything before but this had such an effect on me I felt compelled. I came into the salon asking for a full set. One color, not pointy nails, nothing fancy, no shellac just acrylic. I had two acrylic nails from my previous set and was told it would be an extra $10 to remove, I agreed and continues. The employer told me it would be another $10 for having my nails be long. I do not get long nails by any means! They aren't short but I would say medium. When I asked why it was so much extra when in the past the exact same nails I've gotten before were $40, the nail salon attendant told me that I have a Louis Vuitton bag and should be able to afford it. I was so embarrassed he said this to me especially when other customers were there. He then told me he would give me a measly $10 to get my nails done at another salon, walked to his register and waived it in the air yelling at me. I was so appalled I wanted to cry. I sat there in disbelief and walked out. I asked for nothing more than the same full set I get every time and just a question why it was $10-$20 more. I will be letting everyone I know now about this poor quality service salon and wish that I would have been treated and talked to with more respect.

Great new nail salon right on 41st street across the street from Hobby Lobby. VERY clean, classy & comfortable. Amazing massage chairs and they do a hot stone massage with their pedicures! Always do a great job & never rush to get done faster. Kathy does beautiful designs as well. I recommend this place to all my friends :)
