Buyer Beware!!!

Last month I took my Suburban into store # 244249 3516 W 41St St Sioux Falls, SD 57106 (605)362-9422. I only needed a front end alignment done. They checked it out and 15 minutes later came back and said I needed a new ball joint before they could do anything. They said the new ball joint would cost 180.00 on top of the cost for the alignment. I then took the vehicle to my local mechanic and he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the ball joint and charged me 50.00 total for the alignment. The vehicle has no alignment problem now and rides great. Today I noticed I had a tire leak so I took my vehicle into the same store hoping to get some good service this time. They took the car and 10 minutes later told me I needed a new tire and it couldn't be fixed. I got fed up and took the car down the road to the local dealership, and I said nothing of my experience with the Tires Plus store. They fixed my tire with no problems and only charged me $12.95 compared to the $34.00
