We have been very Happy with Smoken Dakota Kennel. We recently switched to them for kenneling our 1yr old lab. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and informative! It is very clean and very professionally ran. Our dog is always excited when he gets to go and is always well taken care of while we are gone. He gets lots of attention, outside time and playtime with other dogs.

We recently switched to Smoken Dakota Kennels and love it there !!! Marley (our 1yr old lab) is so happy when we pick him up and drop him off. The staff is very knowledgeable, informative and very friendly. We feel very comfortable leaving Marley because we know he is safe and having a blast! He gets plenty of outside time and gets to interact with other dogs! It is very clean and very well run!!

New modern kennels with two very nice people who love dogs. If you want a safe place and want to make sure your dogs are properly taken care of, I highly recommend talking to Shane and Teri Jo Olean.

Shane and Teri Jo have years of retriever competition experience and training expertise. They've trained their own championship dogs and are producing awesome pups, starter dogs and advanced dogs. They are also both avid upland and waterfowl hunters and understand what hunters want out of their dogs. Top knotch stuff!

We've boarded our dog with Teri Jo and Shane many times and this is by far the best experience we've had with any kennel - thank you!
