After our bed frame cracked, by which I mean broke, we figured our salesman Wayne would come to the rescue. Instead we were pushed off to a national service rep who ordered the wrong part, subjected to long waits while trying to set up the repair, told by the repair guys that we were told incorrectly that our bed was compatible as a platform bed, and then ignored by Tyson, the repairs manager, who promised twice that he would find a way to correct it. Slumberland has been a disaster the whole way.
