Best customer service around. The whole staff operates at such a high level of customer service. Which in today's world is a lost quality in most businesses. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr Brower & his amazing staff!

I will speak in the following lines about Dr. Josh Brower and his business, Smiles for Siouxland.
I'm a US citizen, immigrant from Europe, how very likely, are the ancestors of Dr Brower.
Back in October, 2016, I went to Dr. Brower's office for dental work. I returned to him, in February, 2017, believing that I have the right, like every patient, to ask him some questions about the dental work he has done to me.
But it seems that, in the opinion of Dr. Brower, patients of foreign origin have not the same rights just like other patients. Or maybe the immigrants, have no rights whatsoever.
I dared to address my questions for him, through his assistants.
Five minutes later, when I got to him, he was extremely furious and angry for my boldness to ask him questions. He insulted and offended me and he made defamatory appreciations about the other dentist who made some dental work to me.
Dr Brower showed considerable lack of professionalism and lack of professional ethics. He told me that the other dentist had no idea of ​​what he was saying and doing And if you are not American, you do not know anything. That only Americans, like him, know what they're doing
You should know, Dr Brower that millions of other dentists worldwide, know at least as much of your profession, as you know.
How much arrogance and defiance. Shame on you Dr Brower
Dr Brower, you're JUST A DENTIST. You are not God on earth. You're not a surgeon, a brain surgeon or not even an eye surgeon. You haven't ever saved any lives. Let arrogance aside, YOU'RE JUST A DENTIST.
You shouldn't offend people, be arrogant and think you're almighty. Modesty is a quality that makes the difference. The lack of modesty abolishes you as a professional.
To state about colleagues of yours that they don't know what they're saying, that is horrible it's total lack of modesty and ethics.
Finally, Dr Brower told me not to go again to his office

Dr. Brower actually assured me that visiting a dentist was not a nightmare. I had gone to him for the treatment of a cavity but I was really afraid before visiting him. But, the moment I discussed the doubts with him and he started explaining about the treatment, all my fear was gone. He is really awesome. All the treatment went on very well and now I can enjoy my favorite food without experiencing any pain. Thanks Smiles for Siouxland.

I am delighted that I found Dr. Brower! He was referred to me when I was looking around for a dentist that does veneers and he came extremely referred by two orthodontists. I have followed him through a pair of moves and now he is here. Overall, Smiles for Siouxland Dental has a great group of hygienists, techs, and not to mention Dr. Brower is awesome and well-informed. They are constantly at some kind of training or classes and treat each of their patients with respect and are truthful.

But I didn’t prefer metallic braces as it would be noticed by all my friends. It had affected my self-confidence as well. Then my aunt told me about Dr. Brower and his expert opinions. I visited him with my Mom and he recommended me clear braces. He cleared all my doubts regarding the treatment. I was confident about the result even before the procedure had started. And the results were as expected. It gave me an attractive smile and I feel confident among all my friends.

Dr. Josh Brower is highly professional and takes an interest in helping their patients and recommending the most suitable alternative solutions. I went at his dental office for mini dental implants and was accommodated right away past my appointment time. I strongly recommend his services to anyone in search of a knowledgeable dentist.

If you need teeth pulled, this is the guy to go to. Ask him if he's licensed in his home state lol...

I had a great experience with Dr Josh Brower. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. The hygiene staff was very friendly. I have been to a few dentists in this area but Dr Josh Brower is my favorite. I won’t be going anywhere else now.

An absolutely great dentist! He rather gets angry if you have to wait too long in the waiting room. Moreover, he is an extremely skilled dentist with a gentle staff. Most importantly, he has an amazing sense of humor. Highly recommended dental practitioner.

Clean office and friendly staff. They answered my questions in detail every time. Dr. Josh Brower did a thorough checkup and then fixed three old fillings. I was very anxious but he did the entire procedure in a way that I felt no pain and stayed calm all the time. It was a great experience.

I had to go through a long avoided root canal treatment. My tooth was in bad shape and needed attention urgently. I visited the Smiles for Siouxland clinic for the treatment as my father spoke quite highly of Dr. Brower expertise. I am glad that I took my father’s advice and visited the clinic. I've been looking for a good dentist for a while now... actually, this is a search that's been ongoing my whole life. I've never found a dentist I wanted to stick with for more than 1-2 cleanings. Dr. Brower is super gentle, kind, and explains little details of your treatment to you so that you're instantly put at ease. His staff is super friendly, and I left feeling so happy that I FINALLY found a dentist I can stick with!!! If you are in the Sioux Falls area, Smiles for Siouxland Dental clinic is the best place for dental treatment.

I woke up one Friday morning to a mouth in pain and a loose filling and said to myself, "yay! I don't have a dentist.” Luckily I came through with an amazing recommendation and a couple hours later, I found myself promptly seated in the dentist chair at Smiles for Siouxland dental clinic. Scheduling the appointment was simple, thanks to the friendly front desk staff. Upon arriving, I just had to fill out a few forms and the next thing I knew, the dentist was ready to see me. Dr. Brower was able to get to the root of the problem right away and was even able to move some things around so that he could fix it for me that day. He was very professional, friendly and quick.

Dr Brower and his staff are amazing they made me feel so comfortable during my implant process and it was a quick and positive experience there dental office was warm and inviting and they explained what was going on every step of the way!

I was due for teeth cleanup and a regular dental checkup but instead of going to my regular dentist for both, I visited Smile for Siouxland clinic on a friend’s recommendation and I am glad I did. Dr. Brower was quite friendly and had a lot of patience as we discussed about the cleaning process. He took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the whitening kit I had decided to try. He clearly explained to me what to expect from the process and gave me a chart of whitening variation. I now have new dentist to visit to for my dental needs and would refer all my friends to Smile for Siouxland clinic for dental care.

I was very impressed with the services at Sioux Falls Dental Health with Dr. Brower and his staff. If you are an anxious patient, they are very understanding and have the most up-to-date equipment and keep you pain free.

I just paid $900 for a dental implant from Dr. Brower that another dentist wanted almost $3000 for! He saved me a lot of money and did my xrays and talked to me for free. There are two other doctors there, but Dr. Brower did my implant. Very nice office and very professional. Best thing I ever had done. Highly recommended.

I smoked a lot because of which my teeth had turned pale. My friends noticed it when I laughed or smiled even That made me feel ashamed and made me feel uncomfortable while smiling. I visited Smiles for Siouxland and there I got a very good treatment. They suggested me the treatment of teeth whitening and the interesting thing was it could be completed even in one visit. The results were simply amazing which gave me my shining teeth back and allowed me to smile confidently again.
