Our work is rolled and brushed only, due to the long-term defects of spraying, except in the rare cases of special surface areas that require a sprayed finish or spray and back-brush method.

We prefer doing things by hand because we can guarantee that every surface is getting the thickest coat possible and it's getting worked in the material 2-3 brush strokes per coat! Many times we find that previous spray jobs have missed essential surfaces that cause siding to rot and De-laminate because of a spray company's error or laziness.

If you want proof of this go and look at the bottom of the siding boards of your house (specifically the bottom2-4 four boards) and see if you can see spray lines. 90% of houses that we bid we find missed areas that cause pre-mature rotting. This happens because spray companies tend to not paint these area because it requires extra work. They get away with it because you can't see these spots from standing distance.

When rolling and brushing we touch every surface area 4-6 times combined with our rollers and brushes to ensure the best coat possible.
