AT SCI Sioux Empire chapter. OUR mission is to protect hunters’ rights and to promote wildlife conservation. We believe strongly in OUR youth and are committed to the education of OUR youth by promoting respect. Responsibility and discipline to manage wildlife and wildlife habitat. The great outdoors is a tradition that has been passed on for generations. We were taught to care and NOW teach to others. The Sioux Empire chapter of SCI is proud of this heritage and legacy.
