Customer service here is crap. They can't even complete a simple task like answering a customer's questions without belittling and disrespecting the customer. Not only will I never shop there for anything, I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the experience I have had, so as to prevent them from receiving such disrespect.

The selection here is overwhelming! They have 5-10 different brands for a set of screws! I love the fact that the costumers are being valued and presented with options.

Your basic Mom and Pop type setup. They do screen repair and other services you wouldn't get at a large chain store. Good knowlegable staff. I give them my business when I can.
