They told me they be at my place at noon, so I left work around 11:30. They didn’t show up till 3:00. Then after they left, I had to mop the floors; they were still sticky.

Not only will they lie about the time they were there then tell you it was a different price than you were originally quoted. You'll get a team of people who don't speak English and can't explain to them what you need done. They walked into my house in their dirty tennis shoes and no booties on tan carpet that I warned them was just freshly steam cleaned. Then when I spoke with the owner about all this he did nothing but say I should have been charged more! Even though I have time stamps on my phone of when they were there & a quote sheet with a rate per hour! DONT hire these guys unless you wanna get ripped off!!!

I was not at all impressed with Merry Maids. They advertize all the things they clean and that it will look so professional. The first cleaning was very thorough. After that it went downhill. We had ladies who barely knew English. I came home several times to poor dusting (I could run my hand behind lamps and nic-nacs, and on top of picture frames, and come up with dust on my fingertips. In checking how well the hard floors were done, our wet-jet was very dirty even right after they had cleaned. And our kitchen counters/sinks weren't done at all on a couple of occasions. Two ladies breezed in and out of our house in 1 1/2 hours. It felt like a very rushed job. And the lady who does the scheduling had to try 4 times to get a new cleaning team into our house. She kept sending the same two ladies whom we were very dissatisfied with!

I never thought I would see my dad's house livable... and after Merry Maids left that day I was shocked! For a house that I thought would be deemed unlivable, the price was so much lower then I thought possible! Thank you!!

The Merry Maids commercials sure make it look like your house will be sparking clean after they get done cleaning. However, our experience was not that at all. We had figurines broken, pictures taken off the wall to be dusted and never hung back up, and mop water spilled on the carpet. There was never an apology or reimbursement for broken items or additional cleaning to prevent mold from setting in on the carpet where the mop water was spilled. It was a wonderful day when we cancelled the Merry Maid cleaning service!
