Bought a SUV Aug 2015, we should have seen the signs before but went against our better judgement, our salesman BEN couldn't get the SUV off the lot fast enough, couldn't even help put in the floor mates as i was putting them in, 2 days later check engine light came on called the salesman BEN and told him and he said it would go off but it didn't, fast forward at thanksgiving and it wouldn't even turn over, took to our certified mechanic 2 hrs away and he said that it was tampered with and the transmission had went out and that it will cost 4500 to fix. Called J&R auto over 20 times and never contacted to the correct person and always told to talk to this person or that person and it has been a cat and mouse game. The SUV should have never been sold in the first place is what we were told by the company that fixed it and our certified auto mechanic. They need to be held accountable after reading our peoples reviews that the same thing happened to them. Dont buy from this dealership

I went to J and R with intentions of finding a decent car with good gas mileage. Nothing fancy or a total beater. So I found what I thought was a good car, bought it and drove away. Within the week I had literally $2700. Worth of repairs. None of which they were willing to take responsibility for or help me with. Do not go here.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, ever. Poor service and professionalism. When my husband took the car for a test drive he had to put gas in it. We bought the car at a fair price but it was 300 miles overdue for an oil change. Also the car itself was dirty and there was garbage in the trunk!!! To top it all off, the remote start did not work neither did the back right door lock. Brought it in to have it fixed because we bought it like that and Randy was very rude. He accused us of having the car for months before bringing attention to it, but we had not even had it for a month. He is very unprofessional and rude. If you are going to sell a car and would like the customer to return or suggest your dealership maybe you should prepare the cars you sell a lot better than that! If you ever buy from this dealer make sure you do a FULL inspection of the vehicle because they are very dishonest...

I bought an Nissian Xterra for $12,000 from them, they said he was a great vehicle and it had no problems. I paid the extra $500 for the drive train warranty. One day later, That's right 1 day later, my transmission dropped and it was over two grand to fix, good thing I got that warranty, NOPE they said this wasn't covered, even though it's the drive train. They wouldn't give me my money back, but refunded the warranty. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.
