let me start with how much we love Fieldstone cabinets, they were in the house we purchased 9 years ago and when we decided to do a renovation, we insisted on the same quality cabinets. we ordered the cabinet end of April 2021. We received our cabinets early Sept 2021, about 20 wks later. we were frustrated, but understanding bc of the pandemic and we knew we were getting quality work. When some of the cabinets that arrived, they were sloppily done. paint on the sides of the cabinets was not well done, the plywood on the upper cabinets was dented. we had to call the representative and he offered us a nominal discount, however, reassured us that the warranty was great. So we moved on, while the guys were installing the cabinets, we realized that there were some missing cabinets. Fieldstone uses a 3rd party delivery, so they cannot answer our questions. the problem is, the appliances will not be delivered without countertops and we cannot install countertops without all the cabinets, so that everything is level and lines up. so now we are stuck, still no kitchen since March 2021 and worse, we have no timeline of what to expect. we were first told 1 wk, now we are going on week 3. There is also no customer service number on fieldstone's website to help us get a real time estimate. I have had to reschedule my appliance install 3 times and without a delivery date.
I had to use the yellow pages to find it fieldstone's customer service number, however, once I contacted them, I was told they cannot help me, and that I have to go back to my dealer, who also has been trying to get an answer. Fieldstone has a quality product, that they are ruining with sloppy finish work and customer service.
