We tried to get service from another spa company in Sioux City but were basically blown off by them. I called Splash City and even though they normally do not service Hotspring spas, they sent a tech out who diagnosed the problem and we were able to order the part ourselves since Watkins aka Hotsprings Spas makes it difficult for non-Hotsprings dealers to get parts. If I were to replace this hot tub, I'd buy it from Splash City.
