The Sioux City service has much to be desired. They have had my mom's car for SEVEN WEEKS and still can't fix it correctly. Every week she calls for an update and when she'll get her car back. And every week they say they ordered the wrong part or the job was done incorrectly, and that she'll have the car back the following Monday.Fast-forward seven weeks. She is still without a car.They finally gave her a "loaner" vehicle which is well-below standard of what she drives. (It is a Suzuki Forenza. She drives a Subaru.) No car rental place would rent a car like that to customers. What's more, there is a HUGE sticker on each side of the car advertising their business. SO, not only have they kept my mom's car for seven weeks, but now she is doing their advertising for FREE!The customer service is just as bad as the service dept.These people should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of a good-hearted and patient person like my mother.

I have been a customer for many years and have purchased several cars. I am happy with each purchase and the service department is very knowledgeable. They have the main site in Sioux City as well as the other dealership in Lemars, IA. Top dollar for your trade-in. A satisfied customer.
