This computer shop should NOT be in business. Mike,(the one who help me) was very rude and unprofessional. After serveral calls from him to confirm what work I wanted done he STILL confuzed my computer with another one. I asked the same question twice about the same problem, he gave me two different answers, does he really know what he's doing? I needed wanted 3 things saved for after what work was to be done, he saved only two. When I called to ask what happen to the third, he put the blame on me stating that I should have told me where the file was. I told him that there was an icon on the desktop, but he still blamed me. Now 6 years of my work is gone, because of his incompitence. After all, he is suppose to be the expert,,,,,right??? I say......STAY AWAY from this place, unless you want an incompitent person working on your computer. I will NEVER do business with that place again.
