Great facility and great staff. I have been donating for over three years now and have never once felt anything was out of the Norm at BioLife. The bonuses they offer each month only add to the list. Great way to earn some extra cash.

I was just at biolife and had the worst experience. I went to check in and the lady at the counter told me my pay check stub wouldn't work that I needed my w2 which is not what bio life emailed me so I asked her if I could use my passport she said my id was fine and I would just need a copy of my w2. I left got a copy and came back got a different lady and she said we can't take your Id it's bent and is compromised and I would need to get a new one or go and get a passport .. I told her I was just here and she said my id was fine otherwise I would have went and got it before I came back the second time . She said sorry you will have to leave I have never been threw so much bull in my life the worst communication I have ever been threw. Will never go back or recommend them again

Worst customer service ever, so very nice people but a few sour apples out of the bunch ruined my experience. I will not return because of this and the fact the facility was disgusting. Also very inexperienced staff, plan to let them learn on your arm.
