I would like to inform everyone that wishes to use the flooring department to just to re-think your options. This was my neighborhood lowes for several years until I was treated like I didn't matter when it came to my carpet purchase. We did all they typical things you have to do at lowes like go pick out the style, fill out the form for the contractor to come out and measure oh and they are quick to take your $35 fee for this to take place. That's where it all starts. We were told that it will be approx 48 hours until we would hear from the estimator. Mind you this was a Wednesday now. So they said Friday we would hear back. We did not receive a call on Friday so I followed up just to mention hey oh ad not heard from the estimator as of yet but assured me I would and to call back on Saturday if I did not. Well we called and has to leave a message and when the call was finally returned. The question was asked so you would like to get set up for an in home estimation. At that point injure we were in trouble. I stated no we already have completed that process and are wanting to know why we have not been contacted. The flooring department representative said oh we need to give the estimator 48 hours. I mentioned Wednesday to Monday is not 48 hours. The flooring representative stated that's the best we can do. Keep in mind we had a flooded basement with wet carpet and padding that I am now having to deal with. I think your hard on money should be spent with a company and personal that kinda care considering they are path of your neighboorhood as they claim to be. Again long time customer never to use them again
