Our visit today was disappointing. I arrived this morning at 8:40 am - I was told your appointment was at 8 am I thought it was 9 am. I said it is ok I will take her back home no big deal. No, No it will be ok she told me. Well if it ok why did you see a need to tell me that the paying customer was late? Then she complains that she thought my dog was 30 lbs and short, but she was 30 lbs and tall so now she will have to move dogs around to make space. I said no problem we can go home, again I was told it was ok. If it is ok why does she think she has to complain?

Our little man has gone to Canine Clipper since he was app. 2 months old. He loves to visit at Stephanie's and gets real excited every Thurs. when he fines out it's grooming day. He has been a satisfied customer of their's for 4 years. He's bathed and brushed every week and is clipped every six or seven weeks. I have never experienced anything but excellent service. Since Monte is a Chipoo I had them design his clip. He is a very small dag with a sorta kennel clip. Again excellent service.
I have a relative that frequently drives down from Virginia to get her dog groomed and clipped at Canine Clipper. She wished they were closer so she could use them more ofter.

Excellent care for my English cocker. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Reasonably priced so they keep you coming back

If I could give this place no stars I would . My four Shihtzus have been going to the groomer since they were 8 weeks old . Today at Caine Clipper in Simpsonville SC not only did they hurt my dog but they never told me about his injury when he was picked up. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THEM THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND CRUEL TO ANIMALS THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND REPORTED TO THE LLR

I have four dogs that I have been bringing there. At one point my little one came home with nicks and I told them and they were good the next grooming. This week I brought all four in and my golden doodle came home with a cut like a razor burn about 3 inches wide and 4 inches long and is now scabbing over. My other golden doodle has nicks all over her. No one ever told me when I picked them up. I found the cuts and called and all they said was sorry. No other explanation. I said really that's all you have to say, she responded with "what do you want me to do" in a manner that sounded like "oh well" to me. Never again. I should have listened to the two bad reviews from parents at my children's school. Do not bring your pets there.

I took my dog Tim here for a bath and a groom. Tim is an American Eskimo/ Border Collie mix, so he thick medium length fur that was shedding a lot as its coming up to spring. He came back looking gorgeous with a good brush and clipped hair in all the right places and no longer leaving huge patches of hair where ever he sat. The prices were great and he came back smelling awesome. I had dropped him off in the morning and picked him up after I had been to work, and the staff had clearly taken care of him well. The lady who had done the grooming seemed really knowledgeable and had a good rapport with my dog by the time we left. These people are well trained and actually take the time to get to know the dog instead of other higher priced revolving door places like pet smart.

They did an awesome job on my dog & cat and the price was great!!! We have a schnauzer and short haired cat that we take there regularly. It's interesting, yet disheartening, to read bad reviews about such a great place from people that obviously understand very little about the services they pay for. If you feel entitled to bash others based on your own ignorance, make sure you have some idea what you're talking about before you begin. To all prospective customers, this is a place I would highly encourage you to try out! My animals will continue to go back for sure!

These people use fly swatters to hit your dog when he or she misbehaves or chews up their bed. Then they will call you and tell you to come get your dog because he or she has aggressive and teeth showing behavior. Which has never had these tendacies, but I have to tell you if you backed me in a corner and beat me with a flys swatter I would snarl and growl at you too! I pickes up my dog and went to another kennel and they had no problems with my dog! So use them if you don't mind your dog being beat.
