Hired David L. Mann Lath & Plastering to re stucco my house after receiving 3 quotes from other contractors and I’m very happy with my choice as the work came out fantastic . David called the night before starting the job to verify color and to make sure their starting time was okay. The job took three days. They made sure to carefully tape and cover and patch areas as needed. The crew was very professional and end produce came out beautiful . They did a great clean up job. A few weeks after work was done we had a small patch that needed fixing ( not their fault) and David had one of his crew member come out to fix. I would highly recommend David L. Mann Lath & Plastering in fact I have handed out several of his business cards.

Dave is the Mann (pun intended)! He did a great job for us and I was impressed with the entire process from start to finish. He was easy to contact , responsive throughout the process, and had great follow through to the end. He and his crew took no short cuts. They were clean, fast, and precise. They did not leave a giant mess behind in their wake like some other contractors I have used in the past. Dave is also a very personable guy and very easy to talk to and a pleasure to interact with. I intend to hire him again for any future plaster work.

Hired Dave Mann to do the stucco work as part of a kitchen remodel - new french doors, windows and elimination of some old window openings. Fair price, excellent work crew and great job.

I met Dave while he was doing a job ion my Parent's neighbor's house.



I watched the job from start to finish. After one year, the job looks great!



They were great to watch work. Like clockwork. Not to mention, Dave was up on the scaffolding plastering alongside his crew. He's not just a chin rubber.



Dave also did a small job for me. From quote to finished work, it was an extremely easy process...and the price very fair.



Dave also took his time to come out and look at a job I had done by another GC. I went with the GC's guy based on his recommendation. That was a mistake.



Dave was very straight forward with his opinion of the other guy's work and gave me solid advice on how to proceed.



All in all, based on what I know of Dave, I don't think you could hire a better stucco contractor!

Fantastic job! They fixed a water leak that I've been struggling with for some time. Both Dave and his team are really nice to work with and they performed the work quickly and expertly. I definitely recommend them.
