The owner is snotty, rude and unprofessional. She is good with her words and a typical sales woman. Tried to sell me lotion for $43.99 since it was the BEST after care lotion. I googled it when I got home, you can get it on Amazon for $12.99! She suckers you into contracts, her tan for a season for 3 months is B.S. - good sales line. You think its 3 months and she will continue to rip you off charge you $42.99 a month until you GO IN to SIGN a CANCELLATION FORM. She is a JOKE of a business owner. Simi Valley is better than this woman! STAY AWAY!‎

The owner is a thief! She told me "tan for a season - 3 months" i signed up with the OWNER directly. I havent used the service since May and she CONTINUES to charge my card. I called her today requesting a refund for the charge since I havent been in since MAY. And she says I HAVE NO WAY TO CREDIT A CARD.. That is b.s. if she can charge a card - she can credit a card. She is heartless, would rather my family go without food and lie - then be an honest business owner. SO SAD.. DONT TRUST!!!‎
