Provided by SuperpagesLast summer this company installed a new laminate floor in my kitchen after water damage to the existing floor. By fall the floor was warping. After repeated contacts the installer, who was a subcontractor came out and after using every other excuse in the book finally insisted that my home was too moist. At that time I contacted the restoration company that cleaned my home after the washer had leaked and on two occassions found no excess moisture. At that time I also contacted Mohawk who basically refused to helped and sent me back to the company who sold the floor to me to start an investigation. I contacted them again over a week ago to see when I could expect the "Flooring Inspection" to tale place. He said shortly. Well, I'm still waiting and I happened to find a couple of consumer web sites with people who had had exactly the same problem. Obviously a game. They assume the customer will grow tired and give up and live with their substandard floor.
