Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Absolutely no transactions are allowed after 2:30 p.m. including, but not limited, to loan applications, deposits, withdrawals or general questions. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays generally are slower days than Mondays and Fridays. Avoid Mondays and Fridays whenever possible. Response time is slower and often Credit Union personnel do not have time to discuss loan applications, credit issues or major requests.
