They refused to measure the kids' feet, claiming first that they didn't know how to read the foot measuring device that they had, and second that measurement is such an inexact science. They had one incompetent representative helping our entire party while six other representatives stood around and did nothing. It took at least as long for them to write up the paperwork as it did for us to pick out tuxedos. They wrote everything out longhand, then copied everything over to computer. They spelled our names wrong. The shirt I tried on was missing three buttons. If it weren't for the fact that Men's wearhouse is here and near where our wedding will be, I would gladly have walked out and found a place with better service.
