The customer service is amazing and Barbara, the owner, takes great pride in assisting with suggestions/recommendations for whatever you are having done. She did a shawdow box of my dad's military history that included a theme of marriage to my mom. My nephew graduated from college in May and this gift was for him. My dad, his granddad, would be very proud of him for graduating - my dad passed away in 2008. The emotion when my nephew opened the gift was overwhelming - Barbara did an amazing job. It was very hard for me to let it go because it was so well done. Thank you, Barbara, for making a very special gift for a very special nephew.
