This place was horrible. I have a walmart discount and called specifically to ask the details about making the reservation and the fees. I saw online that because I was not yet 24 there would be an extra charge, the owner said that the fee would be waived. I was told the price with my discount would be 18.99 for one day and 0.55 per mile. I went in the rent the truck and allowed them to put a large hold on my card in case of damages and when they went over the contract no additional charges were mentioned. Then I went to return the truck and suddenly the bill was $65 even though I had only driven about 7 miles. I asked about this immediately and the owner and the other worker there said it must be taxes. This was over double what the bill should have been so I complained and pointed out flaws in the charges and they shook their heads as if they had nothing to do with it and actually continued to say how high taxes are even though I was holding a receipt that said taxes only accounted for a fraction of the charge. I will never return to this location and will tell everyone I know in Siloam Springs not to waste their time or money.
