We were traveling from Mississippi and had a blow out at 2 am Saturday night and only had a donut. We had to stay in the town where we were, the hotel we booked didn't refund our money so we paid for two. Sunday morning we searched for a tire and Raben was the only emergency service. We were first told by Raben that they only serviced tractors for emergency and then when I started to cry, I was hung up on. I was then put in touch with the owner by a nice employee and the owner told me he would go to the shop to see if he had a tire, I was so thankful. The owner called me back and told me he did and said it would be $450 FOR ONE TIRE! We were stranded, limited funds, it was 100 degrees and this guy tries to charge us a single tire for $450. What ever happened to just being a good person and doing a good deed??? I understand it was an inconvenience but it wasn't a $450 inconvenience. Luckily God sent us an angel who sold us a tire with decent tread on it to get back home for $20.

After spending the winter in AZ, we noticed that we had checking/cracking/small amount of separation on our steering tires, Michelin@ 275/80R22.5. Our contact with Raben tires was excellent...very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. When we realized we also needed to replace our 4 rear duals, he found another Raben location along our trip route with the tires we needed. Definitely would recommend for RVers.

Had a trailer tire that blew out on I55. After waiting 2 hrs, raben tire shows up. Fixes tire and doesn't have any tools to fix the bracket that was bent forward rubbing on the other duel tire. I have never had a repair truck that comes out and they don't have torches, a chain to pull it , or even a bar to bend it. They were told it was bent on the blowout. Now we have to call someone else and pay someone else an after hours service call, because raben tire couldn't do the job. I Work for UPS FREIGHT and they couldn't believe that the guy couldn't even hook a chain to at least pull it away from the tire. If you drive a semi truck and have a blowout, DO NOT CALL THESE MORONS! The guy even had a hard time putting on the tire!

I called in with a question about getting a diagnostic run on my car. The guy asked what was going on and I couldn't even get a full sentence out before he was talking over me and not letting me even finish what I was saying. I will NOT be their customer.

I'm a RV transporter and my transmission went out near Sikeston. Todd's Towing service recommended Raben. I had new trans shipped to Raben and they got me back on the Road faster than what they said.

On June 12th I blew a tire on my motorhome on I 57 in southern IL. I called my Roadside Insurance and they contacted Raben who sent Steve, who arrived ahead of schedule. Steve replaced the tire quickly with a smile and a firm handshake. Steve is good man and good employee. He represented Raben well. I hope his employer reads this.
