On 3/15/20 I went in to apply to get a handgun because they had some specials going on, I couldn't even look at the gun because they didn't have it with them, if I went to do this is because I want to protect my family do to the covid 1 a lot of people are breaking in to houses and also making frauds, so that day I paid $233.22 for the deposit and $43.76 for a background check, I have to wait 10 days for background check to clear, I waited the 10 days +1 because they called me to give me an appoinment do to covid 19 to pick up my gun at 11am on 3/27/20, when I got there I showed them proof of residency but it wasn't enough for them and told me I had to add myself to the vehicle registration of my wife's car, I tried right there and then but the dmv page was not loading do to congestion and again do to covid 19, I couldn't do much to acquire my gun and I decided to cancel the transaction I do understand it is not candy what Im trying to purchase but at least I tought I was going to get some money back, I was laid off work and the company lock down do to the coronavirus and I lost $276.98, which I think they took advantage and did not refund me anything, all I want is my money back so I could buy more essential needs.
