Worst U-Haul ever. Was told my U-Box would be on the trailer and ready for pickup today at 9:30. Arrive at 9:15 to be told that it was not ready yet. The reason? It's a busy Saturday morning and only one person is working. One person. WTF? The busiest day of the week and only one person, with a bad attitude, is working? Totally screwed up my day. I was told it "might" be ready in an hour, but it depended on how busy she is. Avoid this place. Obviously this is one of those businesses that value profit over customer service. One person working on the busiest day of the week. SMH. If the owner could not find someone else to work this day, then he/she should have his/her butt in there working today.

If I were to say these ladies were amazing it would be a gross understatement! They were extremely helpful and consistently went out of their way to make my move as smooth and painless as possible. They are a great group of people and I wouldn't use anyone else. My cross country move was stressful enough as it is and they helped ease the pain through their professionalism and knowledge of the products offered
