ZERO STARS! I was there a couple of years ago. The "lady" was extremely rude and insecure. When I picked up my diamond that I asked to be mounted on a pendant, I asked her for a jeweler's magnifying glass, to see if a specific feature of my stone was hidden behind a prong, as requested to the jeweler, and she got all defensive and denied it to me. Ever since then, I wonder if they changed my diamond?

I went to Sun Country today and the lady there was extremely rude. I wanted to have my broken ring fixed and they said it would take THREE WEEKS!, but if i wanted to pay an extra $25 they could have it done in a few days. SHAME ON YOU LEONARD.
