Very happy at the fact we could have our 2004 washer repaired and for not a whole lot of $$. The repair guy was nice and honest. It was great to get his opinion on the shape of our old-ish appliances, as these were some of the best stuff Kenmore put out back then. Generally after 10 years you should not waste your time repairing a Washer/Dryer, but these are 'keepers' and we were happy that they were able to be repaired quickly and reasonably.

Called Sears Home services for a Warranty repair, our Kenmore Elite Washer was leaking water during use. Had the washer for 4 years, glad i bought the 5 year home plan. The Service Tech was great! He is very professional and knowledgeable. Took exceptional care of our Washer and was courteous to us while at our residence. We hope to get him again if we require another service call.

Our tech was seriously awesome. I think his name was David He came in worked the repair quickly and was very kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely request him again if i need another repair.

David is and excellent service person. He is helpful, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. We like having him come into our home.
