Absolutely irresponsible service! I received a pair of trousers with an obvious burn mark on the crease - completely burnt on one side, completely untouched on the other side. when I presented the damage to the manager - who was the one who apparently damaged the trousers, she refused to believe it was a burn mark, but relegated it to a stain. this "stain" is perfectly aligned to the crease. This business is irresponsible and refuses to take responsibility for their obvious actions. when asked to speak to the owner's, I was told they were all of the sudden on a two-week vacation. Businesses' like this prey on servicemen and should be placed off-limits until they raise their customer service standards. It's conveniently located immediately outside of the base main gate, but do not trust them with anything more than a t-shirt!
