They suck! We had a scheduled appointment today, needing to remain home from 8AM until noon. It was a no show! They never came! They don't even answer their phone! I would not even give them one star, but I can't post this if I don't give these losers something.

The service tech and support staff was very attentive and professional. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the "owner" who was extremely haughty, rude and defiant. He would not allow my husband or I to complete a sentence when explaining that our appliance didn't work properly after their service. He refused to re-service us saying our broiler was not under our oven warranty. Hello...the broiler is IN the oven. He said that I did not complain about the broiler when I made the initial service request, when in fact I did specifically - several times. I was also told that we shouldn't use the self cleaning feature because it overheats the fuses. How stupid is that - blaming us for using a feature that was a selling point for our oven. That's a recall issue, not our fault. Poor ownership!

The attention that was given to me by the tech and office staff was quick and polite.
