Provided by YP.comThese people are crooks. Be careful with this dealership. I was interested to purchase a vehicle that the advertised for 23,495 usd for 2 specific VIN number vehicles. I send them an email and they called back the next day confirming the price. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to purchase the vehicle and when i got their they said that they can sell it for 32,000 and change. Even after prroving them the advertising they claimed that they did not advertise the vehicle at this price. But all of the advertising shower the vin number of the vehicle and photos of the vehicles at their dealership.
They don't care about the customer and they try to get you can in on false advertising. Nobody really cares at this dealship and the don't take responsibility for the advertising.
STAY AWAY AND DEAL WITH A REPUTABLE DEALER.

Provided by YP.comSeveral years ago, when I first went to Donovan for service, I was ambivalent about them. Wasn't thrilled, but wasn't angry, either. As time has passed and I've had more experience with them, I have more and more nice things to say. The people are beyond courteous, service is done as promised. The one thing I hate is the fact they don't have many parts in stock, so if they discover a problem and need to replace something, they have to order the part so you have to come back again to get it fixed, but that's pretty common anywhere you go, I'd expect. I've never bought from them but will consider in the future based on my experience with service.

Provided by YPmobileThey sell LEMONS, my parents bought a car from donovans, it started having major problems within days and the dealership, instead of honoring the warranty, is now telling them that it's their fault ( my parents) they must have run something over ( they didn't).DON'T GO TO THEM, THEY'RE SCUMBAGS, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OLDER RETIRED PEOPLE, THE LOWEST OF THE LOW

"Buyer Beware." I took my 2002 Dodge Durango in for a 60,000 mile tune-up, including changing out the plugs. Got home and 7 out of the 8 used plugs were still sitting on part of the engine chassis (along with a wrench). In a separate occasion, the Durango would not start. Initial diagnosis was the starter, but goshdarnit, wouldn't ya know? That was covered by extended warranty, so the new diagnosis was the starter plus a new battery and also a heat shield for the starter (not covered by warranty) Also took a 2006 Jeep Commander in for diagnostic (warning lights blinked on and off intermittently). They couldn't figure out what was causing it, but were "sure" that I needed all four of the air bag monitors (how could all four of them go out at the same time?). Of course, the monitors were not covered by extended warranty. The safety light issues would have been covered. Given this information, I would go here only if it was a total requirement (i.e. a dealership recall or something). And even then, I would think about going to Tucson or elsewhere to get that done. Buyer Beware.

I had done several weeks of research knew what car I wanted. Call first to talk to salesman, he was great. Made an appointment and went on the appointed day. They appraised my SUV over what I owed so that was good. But then the "finance manger" got involved because they were asking too much for the car I wanted. I did not drive the car I was looking for did not even see it, the "finance manger" had been driving it and didn't want to remove any of his personal property. Then I was honest and told him that my credit was good but that there were a couple of things from an X the "fiance manager" then suggested I pay someone 350.00 to be a debt eraser and then I could come back and see them. I think not if your smart don't even approach these people. It's just not worth it.

I was trying to buy a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. The sales guy was nice enough, but the dealership would not budge on price of the vehicle or value for my trade-in (wanted to give me below KBB value). I finally walked out. Got a decent offer several weeks later via email, but didn't care to deal with them anymore. I bought a 2010 Wrangler from a dealership in Tucson. The service dept; however, is friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is that the entire dept. takes off for lunch at the same time (12-1pm). A rotating shift lunch would work better for providing good customer service.
