They did a synthetic oil change for my car and then, put info about other vehicle with wrong car's mileage and it's wrong next oil change for regular oil xhange on the receit and on the sticker on the windshield. Did they really put synthetic oil or they put regular oil pretending the put synthetic oil. Complaint was made to the customer rep., named Timothy, said he was the corporate office--sound like one man operation-- he was taking side with his monkey-like employees in Sierra Vista, az. Don't go to Brake Master.
