Mr. Bays has represented a few friends and co workers and those cases were all wins. With that being said, I knew I needed him and our experience was great. Randy had a gameplan and he was aggressive in court during our hearing. He didnt let down and showed the facts and told it like it is. I was granted sole custody of my son after 10 years. The staff was delightful to speak with, the communication was good and they always put my mind to ease when I needed to speak with someone. I would highly recommend Randy Bays and his team, and I will definitely always trust them like everyone else I know.

Divorce is hard and emotionally draining. I am very grateful that I had MR. Bays and his amazing staff leading the way through this difficult process. Their vast knowledge and years of experience are immediately noticeable. They're compassionate and understanding. I knew from the very first meeting that my case was in good hands. MR. I went for a consult and was told exactly what he felt he could do for me. It all sounded great almost to good. When I was informed of the cost I did not think that I would be able to afford his services but with a little help I was thankfully able to pay his fees. There was one small hiccup but that really turned out for the best in the end. I had to be represented because the first time I spoke with a judge alone I was treated very poorly. Thankfully Mr. Bays listened to me and worked diligently to help me get my son home where he belongs. If I could I would leave no stars. Very rude right from the beginning. He said he had an interview at 3. It was 2:50. Felt like consultation was rushed. Didn't give us any direction. Was just a waste of time. Time to hang up the lawyer coat and retire

My husband had already retained the services of a local attorney known to be aggressive in divorce proceedings, so I knew that I was going to need to find the best. Randy did not disappoint. From the very beginning, he was both knowledgeable and comforting. He understands family law, does research, and doesn’t promise anything, but gives a reasonable picture of what to expect both in terms of the process and the outcome. I was faced with a Child Custody case nightmare that started in the state of CT and ended in AZ. In January of this year, two sheriff deputies showed up on my doorstep to serve me with paperwork. My 7-year-old daughter’s horrible f. had filed for joint custody after over 5 years of total abandonment.
