I had issues with my skylights. All three of my skylights had a leak. Skylights had a 2 year warranty. Howard came to conduct a leak test. First, he doesn't even know my name. Really? Contractors usually know your name. Leak test revealed leaks. He fixed, but leaks persisted during monsoon. Ultimately, he offered me cash to get out of his own warranty.Employees are rude. They didn't advise when they arrived to seal up the skylights just got on the roof. Used my trash can to dump trash instead of hauling it away. Employees left trash from their lunches on my patio floor. The best is Howard not putting down buckets or plastic during leak test, so I had to mop it up.Howard will offer you money to void a warranty if they can't fix the problem.

Hello. We bought a home from Howard in Hereford. He remodeled the home for sale. First week there we had a leak in our window. Fast forward to month four, leaks in our roof. Fast forward to month 7, more leaks from our roof. Howard patched up incorrectly installed skylights, but during leak test decided not to put down a pot or plastic so water leaked in our home. Howard didn't apologize nor offered to clean the mess up. During monsoon season water continued to leak into our home. I advised Howard install a new roof due to other roofers insisting roof was passed its life expectancy. We ere also informed by 3 separate roofers that the roof was made to look" pretty" for a home inspector. Howard i offered a pathetic 3000 towards a new roof. He even recommended Ulysses from West Over roofing. I took the offer and had Ulysses come out. Ulysses informed me that he inspected the roof for Howard when he bought the home. Ulysses told me that he advised Howard to install a new roof because of wear and tear, obviously, Howard did not replace the roof. Howard did not disclose this information. My lawyer stated that such information should've been documented in the SPDS because of legal precedent. I do not recommend buying a home from Howard, owner of Sierra Remodeling. His drywall employee is good. He is courteous and works fast.
