i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseVery disappointed with the service from this business. Our two year old Maytag washing machine was quit working and was giving error codes. Repair tech came once and cleaned out the drain. He told us that might fix the problem but one of the codes was pointing to the CCU, so it might need to be replaced. The washer failed again about an hour after he left, so I called and they ordered the new CCU, which would take another week. Same guy came, installed the new CCU, and as soon as he left I tried to wash another load of laundry and got the very same error code again! I called the next morning, was told it is probably the other board that is bad and it will be another six days before anyone can come look at it. Today is day six, and when I didn't hear from them, I called and they don't have me on the schedule. We've paid almost half the original purchase price in repairs that haven't worked and been without a washing machine for almost three weeks. I am done with this business, and cannot recommend them to anyone else.
