Worst Lowes I've ever been to in my entire life. Employees seem bothered by questions and no one seems to know where anything is in the store. Finding a helpful employee was almost impossible. Will never come to this location ever again. I advise anyone who values their time to go to Home Depot or another Lowes location. Hire people that know hardware!!! Jeez

For the last three weeks, my husband and I have been visiting Loews to remodel/construct our new kitchen. Steve Tremblay, sales specialists from cabinets, was EXTREMELY helpful! This trip to the store, we had to order our cabinets, knobs, and floors. He took the time out to go to each department, (aisle 14 for knobs, and flooring section), to help us match up our style to the color of our new cabinets.

During this time, his wife called, his daughter called, and other customers where asking for him. He truly took the time for us and spent the 2 hours with us without stepping away. Steve really made the process less stressful for us. When it was time for check out, he stayed with us and made sure everything was being calculated correctly at the register.

After all was said and done, we shook hands and thanked him deeply for his time, and his helpful hints. We also reminded him to call his wife and daughter. :)

(They had called for a refrigerator dilemma.)
