Provided by YP.comIf I could, I would give this place less than 0. Last week I went there, because my phone didn't work properly. The guy named Dwayne was the one who tried to help me. It took two hours (during that time, he started helping another customer - spending 90% of his time devoted to them. At this time two other workers were doing nothing). He asked if I agreed to lose messages because he tried everything and the only thing he knew to do is to do a factory reset. He said that he saved everything on the cloud, and we could replace it after the reset. After he finish restoring my phone, I lost everything from my phone (all files, pictures, messages, events on my calendar, all apps, ....etc. JUST EVERYTHING!!! And the cloud was empty- NOTHING TO RESTORE. He gave me my cell phone back like nothing happened. Then he wanted to sell me a new phone for an additional $400!!! Stay away from here. The worst service I have ever seen.
